Technical Features
All external surfaces are zinc plated and corrosion-proof.
All valve parts are made of high strength steel. Both internal
poppet and the valve seat are hardened and ne nished to
guarantee minimal wear and to extend service life. Pressure
setting is pre-adjusted by the factory and cannot be changed.
Optional spring ranges to 350 bar (5000 psi). 1-piece design.
Metric cavity.
The IRV valve provides in one compact insert
cartridge the typical function of shock relief
valve, side-in nose-exhaust. When the pres-
sure at the high pressure inlet (1) reaches the
valve setting, the valve starts to open to tank
(2). The pressure rise is very low thanks to the
smart deflector design. Flow passage in the
opposite direction (2 to 1) is blocked. High pre-
cision machining guarantees quick response
to load changes, limited hysteresis and redu-
ced internal leakage.
